How did we get started?

One afternoon whilst enjoying a picnic with Granny and Granddad, my daughter Caitlyn (at the time 3) loved doing the Sand Art. Granddad Ian did it with Caitlyn and they thoroughly enjoyed there special time together. We found that the quality of the cards cheap and the design chooses very “Chinese”. On top of it Caitlyn was munching away at the sand that did not have any Non Toxic Guarantees.

My Dad and I, then put together our product range today. It was a wonderful, exciting moment the day that we got our first party booking. Unfortunately, my Dad got sick with Cancer and never saw a party in action. For over a year whilst battling his brave fight he would ask Granny and I all about the parties, what cards were popular, how the kids responded, profit margins etc. Our logo, the BEE has always represented him. Only afterwards have we found that the Bee is seen as a protector of “earthlings” according to Greek Myths.

We know that his spirit is always with us and is extremely proud of the way that we have built such a successful product and an events section that has provided hundreds of happy memories too many people.

Hosted Parties

The Party Hosts all love children and will make your Party a runaway success. Our unique way of hosting the party guarantees the Birthday Boy or Girl will feel extra special ! The children get to choose their own cards and our Hosts are on hand to give each child one on one attention, encouragement, advise and postive reinforcement by using touch and verbal praise.

Not only are the children having an awesome time but their is sub-concious work at play which includes Hand-Eye Co-Ordination (using the Lifters to peel the pieces), Colour Recognition (what Colour should they use?) but Most Importantly it builds Self Esteem and the Kids absolutely burst with Pride at their very OWN Creation!

Our Fee Includes all the Equipment to run the Event, Sand, Tables, Chairs etc.

We will provide a host and helpers (depending on the number and ages of the children, but normally one host to each 40 children) who will assist the children choose their cards, colour selection and just having Fun! The Sand Art team will stay for the approximately 2 hours (depending on how long the Children take to do the cards and the numbers done).

For all parties booked through I Love Sand Art there is also a Awesome surprise included!

To book a Party just send us your details, date and time of Party and you are Sorted. The Party Host will provide you with an Invoice at the end of the Party which you can then pay or do an EFT into our Account.
